This is a 3rd floor condo with a penthouse feel -- enjoy views of the green hills, Stanford's Hoover Tower, and spectacular sunsets. Light pours in through the large south windows, and two oversized decks expand the living space.

The convenient California Ave neighborhood offers an award-winning grocery store, pharmacy, post office, train station, parks, shops & restaurants, all within one block. The Farmer's Market each Sunday morning is just a few blocks down the street.

Quick access to both freeways (101 and 280). Easy walking/biking distance to Stanford campus (about 1/4 mile). Two bikes are provided... or use the free Stanford shuttle that stops at the train station just one block away.

Elevator access directly from the secured underground parking garage, with one dedicated parking spot and additional garage parking for guests. Shared pool and spa.

Will consider 1 dog. No smoking.

Rent includes a flat fee for utilities and housekeeping. Parking is free.

Beautiful sunset views every evening, convenient to the Cal Ave area of Palo Alto and a short bike ride to Stanford. Everything in the apt works and is in good shape. Great grocery store across the street and convenient indoor parking on the lower level. I rented sight unseen (except for internet photos) and I could not have been happier. - D. Rimm"

"My wife and I came to Palo Alto from Sweden for a half-year stay beginning in September 2013. With previous knowledge of the California Avenue area and access to the photographs posted on this website, we were sure this housing solution would suit us well and felt confident signing the lease. We were not disappointed. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, this furnished flat made our extended stay a pleasure. On the few occasions we needed assistance, the owner was quick to respond. We hope to rent it again one day soon. - F. L."
